With this in mind we have created a new event for you.
Come and join top nutritionist Carola Becker and myself for a wellbeing walk in the countryside where we will show you the beautiful things around you. Get out of your working environment and step into the countryside with us and we will show you the wonders of nature all around us. As an Environmental Biologist back in the day, I can show you things that you might not have noticed walking alone in the country. Theres nothing like getting out in the countryside for mental well-being , it makes you feel so much better, scientifically proven to enhance your mental wellbeing. You can relax and take an afternoon picnic with us in the fields as you totally chill out, enjoy the afternoon relaxing, learning mental wellness techniques to keep your mental well-being in check whilst Carola explains about super healthy foods that will keep you in tip top mental condition. You may see deer, sheep and horses grazing in the fields, butterflies and birds of prey, lots of beautiful little birds such as sky larks and goldfinch, listen to the woodpeckers tapping away in the trees.
Relax and wind down
We will be listening to the birds, and can even do a bit of bird spotting so bring your binoculars if you have them, and bring a rug to sit on because, as I said we’re going to have a picnic and enjoy the beautiful surroundings where you can take time just for you to wind down for a while and let your mind and body rest.
