Teresa is such a lovely, professional and welcoming person. She has made a real positive difference to my life and taught me a lot of techniques which I can continue to use if I needed to. Teresa is a wonderful therapist and you can clearly see that this is not her job - this is her vocation. Throughout my treatment, it was noticeable that she devotes her all into her clients and will not quit until a desired end goal is achieved. Teresa has helped my daughter so much over the last 18 months. Initially it was to help with self-confidence for public speaking when she was so desperate to apply for Head Girl at school and with Teresa’s help, strategies and support she was able to stand up in front of the whole school and ‘sell’ herself to successfully achieve this. Then most recently she suffered what I can only describe as a panic attack immediately before her GCSE’s, it was really frightening as a parent, but again Teresa was able to offer her strategies and support that enabled her to sail (as smoothly as can be hoped!) through her exams with a smile on her face. Thank you so much Teresa for all your help and support and the very positive impact you have made on her life.

Teresa is a fantastic caring person who has helped my 16 year old daughter with a needle phobia after many years of my daughter not even being able to talk about needles without fainting let alone have injections my daughter has now been able to have a conversation, look at needles and even have a placebo injection at her drs surgery, thanks Teresa you are our saviour

After a twenty year break from competing with horses and my family all grown up it was time for me to embark on a new venture and have a go at Dressage. This, as it happens turned out to be a lot harder than I imagined. It is something I really want to do but my confidence was at rock bottom and I was anxious about competing. A friend of mine recommended Teresa to me. I have had three hypnotherapy sessions. Teresa is lovely and friendly and immediately puts you at ease. I have been completing the homework and I am feeling so much happier and more positive. We are now looking forward to our next adventures. Thank you for installing the positivity.
